Who we are

Bender Extender is a natural hangover pill for people who refuse to choose between a great night out and a great next day.

We're a brand for extremists, and we believe the ultimate form of balance is being able to have it all - the night out AND the morning workout, the dinner AND the early call, the bender AND the next-level lock-in the next day. Worlds that typically don’t coexist, but can thanks to Bender Extender!

The Content:

We’d like any content - reels, carousels, etc. to roughly follow this ratio:

• 75% — The After: your workout, your run, your hike, your work session, your morning with the kids - all the stuff you popped up and accomplished despite ripping it the night before.
• 25% — The Night Out: Obviously need to show there were drinks involved - and what you were doing - bonus points if we can demonstrate the night before being a little extreme so that what you accomplish the next morning is even more impressive.

Trending:

"The Bender Method" and "hybrid athlete" content is really exploding right now - basically the idea that discipline doesn’t mean to eliminate portions of your life entirely - just means you should be able to enjoy all of the things you want within reason.
